Refunds / Returns Policy

Many ICE ID products are personalised and engraved with the information the customer supplies. Once a personalised order has been submitted for engraving or production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or the customer selecting an unsuitable product.

Please check carefully before placing your order:

  • All engraving information, including names, contact numbers, medical information, allergies and medication details.
  • The size and measurements of the product.
  • The product description, materials and specifications.

Where measurements are provided on our website, it is the customer’s responsibility to check these measurements before ordering to ensure that the product will fit and is suitable for their requirements.

If an order has not yet been personalised, engraved or sent for production, a cancellation may be considered. Where applicable, a 20% handling/administration fee may be charged.

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or has been incorrectly engraved due to an error on our part, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can assess the item and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or other remedy where applicable.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights a customer may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Payment Options

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit.

The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate paygate to obtain confidential information.

  3. The Merchant does not have access to credit details.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions
