ICE ID is a wearable In Case of Emergency Identification product.
Currently there are 5 different categories of ICE ID’s:
MEDICAL specific,
SPORT specific,
LADIES specific,
MEN specific,
KIDS specific.

The Category of SPARE PARTS allows for you to purchase the elements that make up particular products.
Unless we have imported a full MEDICAL Bracelet, these are sold as full bracelets and not in Spare Parts.

We also have BADGES which are available to fit on the PRO Bracelets.

The ICE ID range allows everyone no matter what their choice of outdoor activity to find a comfortable, stylish way to carry their ID at all times.

Information will then appear ie How Many Lines of engraving the product takes, advice on what information to include in your engraving, products specifications etc.

Please Note: Engraving of orders takes place every Monday and Thursday.
Orders that are placed between a Thursday and up till a Sunday night will be engraved on Monday, assembled and shipped to you on Tuesday. Shipping then takes up to three working days, so received by Friday.

Orders placed between a Monday morning and a Wednesday night, will be engraved on Thursday, assembled and shipped to you on Friday. Shipping then takes up to three working days, so received by Wednesday.

It is totally up to you what you would like to include in your engraving. BUT we have offered some advice as follows. You can follow this advice or you can choose to engrave anything you like. Think of what you need a caregiver to read/know if you were involved in an accident or at the time of need.
Some products offer three lines of engraving, others up to 6 lines. When you click on the product, the info of how many lines you can engrave will then be shown.

• LINE 1: Name and Surname
• LINE 2: An Emergency Contact Number (No need to include a name, the number will be sufficient in the case of an emergency)
• LINE 3: A second Emergency Contact Number
• LINE 4: Medical Aid Company and Number (ie Discovery 1234567)
• LINE 5: Any Allergies or Medication
• LINE 6: You do not need to complete this line, but it is available if you have more info to include

• If your wrist is less than 13cm in circumference, please choose a SMALL
• If your wrist is above 13cm but less than 15cm we recommend a MEDIUM
• If your wrist is 16cm or larger we recommend a LARGE

Each unique product goes through a customization procedure to be laser engraved per your request. The amount of time it takes your order to be posted is dependent on several variables. Orders will however take no longer than 8 days to reach you.

The speed at which it is delivered after we post the item(s) is based on the type of shipping method you select. We offer Door to Door Courier service or the option of Collection from a few cycling shops around the country. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order.

ICE ID is dedicated to the idea that any person who is active outdoors, or has a medical condition/allergy should be wearing an In-Case-of-Emergency bracelet/necklace/ankle band.

• In a country where we have both an abundance of outdoor activity and many ways we can be hurt, choosing to wear ICE ID is a way we can feel and be safer.

• Wearing an ICE ID product prevents treatment errors which may result from not having a patient’s allergies/health conditions during an emergency situation or upon hospital admission.
• ICE ID speaks for you in the event of an emergency, if you become unresponsive.
  Emergency Medical Personnel are trained to first look for medical identification jewellery on a patient. ICE ID’s will alert paramedics of your health and personal information.

ICE is an internationally known acronym for In Case of Emergency. Throughout the world everyone is encouraged to enter the acronym ICE into their mobile phone with the person’s number they would like contacted In Case of Emergency. ICE ID takes it a few steps further. In case of an emergency you may need more than just a contact number.

You may want paramedics to know that you are a diabetic, that you’re allergic to penicillin, what your blood type or medical aid number is. It’s not always practical to carry cell phones when we are walking, hiking, running, cycling, surfing etc. At these times we need wearable-identification that can’t be dropped, lose signal, be broken in a fall, get stolen or left behind.

Yes we do, we refuse to share your personal information with anyone! Your name, address, email address, etc. will NOT be sold, traded, or given to any business, organization, or individual for any reason. That’s a promise!

Yes, absolutely. We can we print the club name/school/company onto the ICE ID and we can also match the colour to the clubs colours. Email us to discuss further.

If a mistake is made by us, we replace the ICE ID at our cost.ie if we engrave the incorrect product.

If however, the customer makes the mistake with a typo, new tags can be ordered off the website. Please double check your captured engraving info before completing the order.

There is no human intervention from our side on the engraving. Our engraver pulls a excel document off our system, it then converts to coral draw software for the engraving machines, and directly off to print. So what you type is what you get. 🙂
