This MEDICAL GRADE STAINLESS STEEL  bracelet is made up of  Chain Style links .
The chain measures 22cmcm from end to end, including the centre medical plaque.
The plaque is 3.5cm x 1.8cm (1.8cm at its widest part)

It best fits 18.5 – 21.5cm wrists, although it can be customized to fit smaller wrists if taken to a jeweler.
